The last stretch is unpaved
A 1.5 km (1 mile) gravel road from the highway. Any car handles it easily, taken slowly. It's part of being where we are.
Bring provisions
There is no restaurant and no shops nearby, so plan on bringing everything you need. Do your shopping before you turn at the roundabout.

How do I get to Pueblo Chico?
From Córdoba city it's 68 km (42 mi) via Provincial Route 5. After the roundabout in Villa Ciudad de América, continue 200 metres and turn right onto the gravel road behind the Tourist Information Office: 1.5 km (1 mile) and you're here.
Do all units have a lake view?
Yes. All 10 houses and 4 studios overlook Lake Los Molinos.
How many guests do the houses sleep?
The Lake Houses sleep up to 6 guests: two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The studios are for 2, with a sofa bed. A cot is available at no charge in both.
Can I bring my boat?
Yes, we have our own ramp down to the lake and a launch and haul-out service at no extra charge.
Is there boat storage?
Yes, berths are rented annually, subject to availability: ask us on WhatsApp.
Is there a restaurant?
We have no restaurant and there are no shops nearby. Every unit has a full kitchen and its own barbecue, so it is best to arrive with all the food you plan to eat.
Do you accept pets?
Small pets, yes: for an additional fee — let us know when booking.
Can I have visitors?
No: the grounds are gated and for guests only.
Are these cabins or houses?
A little of both. You might search for them as lakeside cabins in Calamuchita and they work like cabins — private barbecue, full kitchen, the lake right there — but they are architect-designed houses: two bedrooms, two bathrooms and daily housekeeping. The name changes; the getaway is the same.
What is there to do nearby?
Lake Los Molinos is ideal for boating and fishing, and the estate's private shoreline saves you the drive. By car, Villa General Belgrano is about 25 minutes away, Alta Gracia and its Jesuit estancia 30, and La Cumbrecita just over an hour. Many guests, though, choose not to go anywhere.
How do I book?
Directly via WhatsApp: you write to us, and we confirm availability and terms. Cancellation: up to 15 days before arrival, 50% is refunded; less than 14 days, no refund. The booking can be transferred to another guest for the same dates and terms.
